Your Not Your Thoughts But The Observer Of Your Thoughts
You are not your thoughts or anything what other people told you that you are. You are an observer of your thoughts so today I wanted to dive in a little bit deeper. I’m gonna talk about pain and how do we deal with it. How do we deal and overcome the self doubt once we experience pain either from a love one or a close friend. Also we will be discussing your inner child and what can be done to heal that person.
